The container is about 7 weeks late due to port backups—apparently shipments from Europe stop in LA/Long Beach before reaching Oakland. For the past 3 years, Silicon Valley Direct has offered my company impeccable fulfillment services, the staff is 2nd to none, they are eager to learn new processes and procedures that are required by the customer’s vendors. The team is more than capable of handling any issue or concern you may have.
The facility is clean and organized the product flow and inventory process via Shopify allows you to get into the system with one click to access your product’s inventory and units sold if you are DTC Customer Furthermore, the CEO (George) is a man of his word if he makes a promise it shall be met. His prices are the best that I have ever had for Fulfillment Services, there are no hidden charges whatsoever, what you agree on contractually, is what you receive via your monthly invoice.
SVD also has an impressive Printing Service as well for all your printing needs; business card, postcard, flyers, posters and more the print room is state of the art and the pricing is extremely impressive compared to FedEx, UPS, and Office Max.

This seems like a good time to check in and give you some feedback on how things are going with the transition from our old warehouse and the fulfillment and website launch at SVD.
- I’ve received excellent feedback from our field members on the ease of use of the website and shipment of materials.
- I’m very pleased with the turnaround time for requests/changes and work to be performed. I’m also very satisfied with the responsiveness, particularly with Nelly, when I have questions or problems — which is pretty often.
- I received my shipment of completed folders and everything looks perfect, so thanks so much for doing such a wonderful job on that.
- When I received my shipment of materials today, they were consolidated all in one box — and very sensibly, so I’m very pleased with that as well.
